We understand the challenges seniors face in trying to rebuild their lives after being hospitalized for a major illness or severe trauma. Medicare regulations require patients be discharged from the hospital as soon as they have been stabilized.

That presents a problem for both the patients as well as their families. Many seniors are not ready or even able to go home. They still require daily skilled nursing care and/or continued therapies to heal completely.
